Association of organizations and citizens for assistance to missing and affected children «National monitoring center for assistance to missing and affected children» together with the Association of participants of the internet-industry market «Safe Internet League» under the All-Russian campaign «Safe Internet Month», aimed at increasing the level of media security and digital literacy of children on the Internet, until the end of 2024 is planned to hold lessons on safe Internet.
On October 3, employees of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications and its subordinate institutions – the "Technopark in the sphere of High Technologies "IT Park", the State Enterprise " Information Technologies Centre of Tatarstan" and the State Institution "Centre for Digital Transformation of Tatarstan" took part in the lectures and briefings.

MTS, the digital ecosystem, has launched a free audio guide on 50-kilometer electric train route from «Kazan» station to «Sviazhsk» station. «Railway» guide consists of 11 chapters and is designed for the one hour-long journey. The audio tour can be listened to online or downloaded in the MTS Live application, it is available for subscribers of any operators.
On October 24, 2024, the acceptance of works for participation in the 10th All-Russian Competition of Personal Achievements of Pensioners in Studying Computer Literacy "Thank You Internet-2024" is completed.
On August 1, in order to support professionals and beginners in the field of development, as well as to involve young people in studying Russian information technologies, Russia launched the qualifying rounds of two new initiatives: the Championship for professionals middle and junior+ specialists "IT-Planet Professionals 2024" and the Open Competition for teachers and mentors "Active IT Education 2024".
On October 1, Bashir Rameev IT-park hosted a holiday, dedicated to the Day of Older Persons, which invited the veterans of Tatarstan Ministry of Digital Development, Information Technology and Communications and the Kazan IT-park. The annual All-Russian campaign "Digital Dictation 2024", organized by the Russian Association for Electronic Communications (RAEC), will be held for the fifth time from October 10 to 28 on the website digitaldictant.rf. Testing will help check skills in working with a computer and other digital devices, knowledge of safety rules and the culture of communication on the Internet, as well as financial cyber literacy.
The social network has increased its share in the structure of traffic of Tatarstan residents to 13%. The activity of Tatarstan residents in Telegram has also increased.
