In April 2026, Yandex’s delivery robots will begin operating in the Novo-Savinovsky and Soviet districts of Kazan. They will deliver orders from “Yandex.Lavka,” with additional services such as “Food” and “Delivery” planned to be added later.

Robotic delivery is aimed at integrating modern technologies into residents’ daily lives and make them more convenient. Citizens will be able to track the robot’s movement in real time on a map within the app. As robots do not require rest, they can provide reliable service around the clock.

A resident of the IT Park, TeleDoc company has developed the T-Doc telemedicine platform, which allows patients to receive online medical consultations and undergo examinations without queues or unnecessary trips to the clinic.

Telemedicine services gained popularity during the coronavirus pandemic when digital technologies became essential for providing remote medical care. The Russian telemedicine services market continues to grow steadily. Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko stated in an interview that the volume of telemedicine services is five times higher than planned targets. According to BusinesStat, the market tripled between 2020 and 2024, reaching 15.8 billion roubles, and according to MAR CONSULT forecasts, it reached 20–21 billion roubles by the end of 2025. The growth drivers of the Russian telemedicine market include the development of AI technologies and personalized medical services.

Geopager presented its activities and introduced a navigation system project for unmanned transport.

Children change their environment, their usual way of life and here they develop their talents and communication skills. Therefore, it is very important for a child to attend the right school.

When enrolling children in the first grade, schools consider the order of applications. This service helps parents prepare their application in advance.

On March 19, the solemn opening of the situational center “Smart City – Nizhnekamsk” with participation of Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvin, People’s Deputy of the State Duma Aydar Metshin and Head of Nizhnekamsk region Radmir Belyaev took place.

During the working visit to China, Tatarstan delegation led by the Rais (Head) of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Deputy Minister of Digitalization Bulat Gabdrakhmanov visited the city of Hefei in Anhui Province.

Students of the "Master Max" project, designed for citizens over 55 were awarded at the Children's IT Park. The programme was completed by 150 participants and another 100 people have already started their training. The oldest student is 89.

The "Master Max" course, part of the "University of the Third Age" project, enables elderly people to master modern digital technologies and use them to solve everyday tasks. The programme helps improve digital literacy and communication security and is implemented jointly with the Pensioners' Union with the support of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization and the Ministry of Labor of the republic.

On March 18, the capital of Tatarstan hosted the professional skills competition "Best in Profession" among engineering and technical staff of the "Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network", which is being held for the first time in the Volga Federal District, involving 14 company branches.

On March 18, Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Tatarstan Albert Yakovlev participated in a press conference, where he informed about the methods scammers use to deceive citizens and how to protect oneself from them.

Due to joint efforts with federal authorities and the implementation of modern technologies in the republic, the number of scam calls is decreasing. In the first two months of 2026, scammers stole 25% less money than at the beginning of last year. A key role in enhancing digital security has been played by the mass call labeling system. This tool allows for quick identification of potential scammers and spam calls. 92% of surveyed citizens appreciated this innovation.
