"Best in Profession" the first competition starts in the Volga Federal District in Kazan
On March 18, the capital of Tatarstan hosted the professional skills competition "Best in Profession" among engineering and technical staff of the "Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network", which is being held for the first time in the Volga Federal District, involving 14 company branches.
Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvin together with First Deputy Director General of Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network for network management, operation and development Aleksander Zolotov and the company's representative in the Volga Federal District Vyacheslav Starkov took part in the opening ceremony.
The company’s employees compete in the nominations "Best in Radio and Television Equipment Operation" and "Best in Network Operational Management." The competition consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. After completing these stages, participants will go on a tour called "Night Kazan." The winners will receive diplomas and prizes.
RTRS is the largest operator of television and radio transmission networks in the country. The company consists of 5,051 transmitters and provides over 98% of Russia’s population with 20 mandatory TV channels and three radio channels.
