Innostage has informed about key solutions in digital security and discussed a pilot project for the secure use of AI.
Innostage is a leading Russian cybersecurity resilience provider and system integrator. The company possesses deep expertise in ensuring information security and IT system resilience for the public sector, financial sector, industry and energy. The organization has its own Security Operations Center (SOC) for countering cyber threats and is among the 8 largest information security vendors in Russia, as well as in the top 50 largest IT companies in the country. The company implemented over 1,000 projects in more than 60 regions. Its key products include Cardinal PAM and Cardinal TDIR, which provide privileged access control and automate information security incident investigation.

 

Valery Borunov has become the Director of MegaFon's regional branch in Tatarstan, replacing Mikhail Rusinov, who has now taken on the role of Head of MegaFon's corporate business development department in the Volga region.

Borunov will be responsible for scaling the business across various market segments of Tatarstan, expanding LTE coverage and implementing large digital projects. The MegaFon regional branch also plans to focus on improving customer experience, increasing the subscriber base and optimizing business processes.

Tatarstan team became second in the information security tournament “CyberBattle”, which took place on the final day of the "Digital Beacon: Data-Driven Management" forum.

The Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadayev attended the forum, which gathered over 900 participants from 50 regions of the country.

On March 12–13, Tatarstan delegation headed by Minister of Digitalization of Tatarstan Ilya Nachvin visited Moscow and the Moscow region for a reciprocal visit to exchange experience. In October 2025, the delegation led by Minister of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Moscow Region Nadezhda Kurtyanik visited Kazan and toured the Bashir Rameev IT Park.

Following the voting results, Russian Ministry of Digital Development will determine the list of villages and rural settlements where home internet will be connected first. Funds for infrastructure construction for individual homes will be allocated from the universal service reserve.

The universal service reserve is a fund accumulated from the federal budget through contributions from Russian telecom operators' revenue. Today, the reserve funds are used for building base stations, fiber-optic lines to settlements and other purposes.

Since 2022, approximately 4,700 IT mortgages have been issued in Tatarstan under preferential conditions. The total amount of loans issued exceeds 41.8 billion roubles.

According to the results of 2025, Tatarstan ranked as one of the leaders in the digital transformation rating among Russian regions. Alongside the republic, the leading positions were taken by Belgorod, Sakhalin, Chelyabinsk regions and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.

The State Services Portal now offers a "Life Situations" service, which includes five services popular among citizens and organizations in Tatarstan.

The platform allows solving important everyday issues conveniently.

Users of State Services Portal can now submit complaints about actions taken by lenders or their representatives. In modern society, situations may arise where lenders’ actions go beyond legal boundaries. Many borrowers face intrusive calls from collectors, microfinance organizations and even psychological pressure.

Tatarstan teachers are invited to take part in a professional contest offering awards of up to 200,000 roubles.

School teachers, college instructors and supplementary education teachers with at least one year of professional experience are eligible to participate. Applications can be submitted via the link.

The competition will be held in several stages:
• Until June 4 — submission of applications at the website;
• June–November — qualifying rounds (problem-solving tasks, online interviews and submission of a recorded lesson segment);
• By November 25 — announcement of results.
