Tatarstan residents can solve daily problems with the “Life Situations” service

The State Services Portal now offers a "Life Situations" service, which includes five services popular among citizens and organizations in Tatarstan.

The platform allows solving important everyday issues conveniently.

  • Benefits for residents:

Significantly save time when accessing services.

No need to visit multiple agencies, as everything necessary is gathered in one place and accessible from home.

The interface of “Life Situations” is intuitive and easy to use for people of all ages.

  • Services available:

Assistance with employment and professional training:
This service can be used by participants of the SVO (special military operation), graduates, pre-retirees and unemployed individuals. It helps find jobs, access career guidance, obtain temporary employment and receive psychological support.

  • Social assistance:

In the “Zabota” (Care) service, you can learn about support measures for vulnerable groups, apply for up to 21 types of subsidies, conclude a social contract or join the “Altyn Ellar – Golden Years” project.
“Altyn Ellar” is a project for elderly residents of Tatarstan offering activities to promote a healthy lifestyle and social engagement, including sports, cultural events, educational courses and creative activities.

  • Technological connection to engineering networks:

Users can learn how to connect the facility to engineering networks, estimate the service cost and speed up the application review process. This service is useful for ordinary citizens, individual entrepreneurs, organizations, developers and network operators.

  • Establishing a public servitude:

The service helps to establish a public servitude for access to land plots, water bodies and other purposes. It is available for residents, organizations, gasification operators, engineering structures and officials.

  • Digital platform for ecology and natural resource management:

Users can view environmental indicators on interactive maps and real-time graphs. The platform is accessible to government authorities, businesses, public and educational organizations.
