Tatarstan residents can now file complaints against lenders through State Services Portal

Users of State Services Portal can now submit complaints about actions taken by lenders or their representatives. In modern society, situations may arise where lenders’ actions go beyond legal boundaries. Many borrowers face intrusive calls from collectors, microfinance organizations and even psychological pressure.

Benefits of the new service:

  • Allows citizens to respond quickly to complaints and protect their rights.
  • Available to both Russian citizens and foreigners.
  • Can be used by the debtor themselves, a parent or guardian of a minor or legally incapacitated debtor, a representative with power of attorney or a person receiving calls by mistake.

What the service helps fight against:

  • Illegal debt collection methods such as:
  • Disclosing debt information to third parties.
  • Threats, insults, psychological pressure.
  • Frequent calls and messages.

Calls and messages between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM on weekdays, and 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends.

How to use the service:

  • Submit an application signed with an e-signature.
  • Provide supporting evidence of violations.
  • The Federal Bailiffs Service will review the complaint within 30 days.
