Tatarstan residents can enroll children in first grade online using State Services Portal
Since March 17, residents can fill out a draft application for enrolling children in the first grade on the State Services Portal. Starting school is a significant event for every family. Children change their environment, their usual way of life and here they develop their talents and communication skills. Therefore, it is very important for a child to attend the right school.
When enrolling children in the first grade, schools consider the order of applications. This service helps parents prepare their application in advance.
To create a draft, you need to verify the automatically filled data from your passport and birth certificate. After that, you should add information about:
the chosen school,
registration address,
benefits (if applicable),
siblings already attending the same school.

The draft can be edited. After saving, a countdown timer will appear indicating when the admissions campaign begins. It will show how much time is left before you can submit the application. The State Services Portal (Gosuslugi) platform will send a notification on the eve of the application start date. On the first day of the admissions campaign, all you need to do is click the “Submit” button. If you have benefits, you can give consent for automatic submission when filling out the draft.
Residents of all regions of Russia, except Moscow and the Moscow Region (which have their own regional portals), can enroll their children in first grade.
From April 1 to June 30, 2026, schools will accept applications from benefit recipients and those wishing to enroll at their registration address. Starting July 6, applications will be accepted from all interested parents. In this case, a child will only be enrolled if there are available spots.
