Residents of Tatarstan can independently determine which areas will become more comfortable and modern. Until March 26, a survey is available on the State Services Portal, where you can propose any area for development.
The voting will help citizens express their opinions and consider their needs. Each district has its own characteristics: some need modern playgrounds, while others require comfortable rest zones for the elderly. This is a unique opportunity to turn abandoned areas into places for family recreation.

Only one application per user is accepted, but you can propose parks, squares, playgrounds, courtyards, embankments, streets and pedestrian zones for improvement. Voting participants should be Russian citizens over 14 years old.
Citizen suggestions will be considered by local authorities, who will then include them in the voting list under the federal project "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment".
The voting for the improvement of territories will take place from April 21 to June 12 on the Feedback Platform on Gosuslugi and in the "Gosuslugi Reshaem Vmeste" (We Decide Together) app. The list of facilities for improvement will include areas that receive the most votes.
The goal of the federal project "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment" is to make cities more livable. Since 2019, more than 80,000 public and courtyard territories have been renovated across Russia under this programme.
In Tatarstan, 51 public spaces will be improved in 2026 under the federal program. Plans include updating the "Tebriz" square in Kazan, the Fikr Tabeev embankment in Naberezhnye Chelny, the "Family" park in Nizhnekamsk, and the "Malysh" park in Leninogorsk.
