Regional round of a major international student Microsoft contest “Imagine Cup 2013” was held in Kazan on March 25. 10 university and school teams from Tatarstan, Ulyanovsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Izhevsk, Volgograd and Samara participated in the contest.

13th open programming team tournament among students and pupils finished in Kazan IT park on March 18. Within two days best teams from Russia have been competing in solving super complex tasks.

Millions of users throughout the world will get access to new opportunities of the operating system and hundreds of pads and computers operating in their native language. It is a free application available for users of licensed versions of Microsoft Windows 8.

On March 18, 2013 the road-show of development institutions Russian StartUp Tour starts in Naberezhnye Chelny IT-park. The project is organized by Skolkovo Fund, Zvorykin project, OAO “RVC”; partners are Fund for promoting small enterprises in scientific and technical sphere, Moscow Skolkovo management school, Skolkovo science and technology institute, ZAO “VTB “Kapital”, Skolkovo Technopark, Agency of Strategic Initiative.
