A meeting between Tatarstan Minister of information and communication Roman Shaikhutdinov and President of the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis Frédérique Vidal was held at Kazan IT park. Vice-president of the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis Jan Cristoph, Director of Innopolis University Dmitry Kondratiev, Manager of Innopolis project Anton Grachev participated in the meeting.

The Republican contest among pupils of Tatarstan general education institutions “IT champion” started. The contest is organized by Tatarstan Ministry of education and science and Ministry of information and communication. Pupils will be able to reveal their skills in two nominations: “Most active pupil” and “Development of the Portal of state and municipal services”.

On February 23 “Innopolis” and French fund “Sophia Antipolis” signed memorandum of understanding in Moscow. Deputy Head of Russian Ministry of communications Mark Shmulevich, Chairman of Supervision Board of the Fund for the Promotion of the Development of Small Forms of Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere Ivan Bortnik, Deputy Director General of OAO “Special economic zones” Vadim Dubovik participated in the event.

New service for entrepreneurs, “State statistics service” is available on the portal of state and municipal services. In accordance with federal law “On official statistical accounting and state statistics system in Russian Federation” submission of primary statistical data is obligatory for all business units.
