Innopolis and Sophia Antipolis Fund agree on cooperation

On February 23 “Innopolis” and French fund “Sophia Antipolis” signed memorandum of understanding in Moscow. Deputy Head of Russian Ministry of communications Mark Shmulevich, Chairman of Supervision Board of the Fund for the Promotion of the Development of Small Forms of Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere Ivan Bortnik, Deputy Director General of OAO “Special economic zones” Vadim Dubovik participated in the event.
Tatarstan Minister of information and communication Roman Shaikhutdinov and President of the Fund Dominique Fache put their signatures on the document. The agreement presupposes joint work on certain areas including establishment of new companies, support of startups, and activity in educational sphere.
To the point, in December 2012 members of Tatarstan Government visited Sophia Antipolis Fund and technopark and expressed their wish for cooperation.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
