Republican contest “IT champion” started

The Republican contest among pupils of Tatarstan general education institutions “IT champion” started. The contest is organized by Tatarstan Ministry of education and science and Ministry of information and communication. Pupils will be able to reveal their skills in two nominations: “Most active pupil” and “Development of the Portal of state and municipal services”.
In nomination “Most active pupil” children will help adults to register their personal accounts of the Portal of state and municipal services. Pupils will get scores for this operation and every transaction via the Portal. During the contest they can change their scores for presents and souvenirs. In 2013 the contest is held in three stages. At the end of each stage most active pupils will be awarded with iPads.
In second nomination “Development of the Portal of state and municipal services” pupils can reveal their creative ideas, programming and design skills.

Students at Gymnasium No. 75 in Kazan took part in an educational session under the "Digital Literacy" project, focusing on topics such as "Pet Protection in the Digital World" and "Harmful tips on Digital Security", which is implemented in support of the national project “Data Economy”.
