A questionnaire “Your opinion regarding the service “Electronic queue for kindergarten” was posted on Portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru for the purpose of improving this service. 1,5 thousand citizens took part in the poll in February 2013.
The questionnaire contained a question about facts of corruption upon enrolment to kindergartens. Results show that every tenth parent faced corruption and illegal enrolment. Some parents indicated certain kindergartens where they faced such a problem.
According to results of the poll, Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communication and Tatarstan Ministry of Education and Science will carry out inspections in all Tatarstan regions. Results will be passed on to prosecution bodies and municipalities for further analysis.
