On October 8, at the "TIME: Russia-India. Mutual Efficiency" forum, The Information Technology Centre of Tatarstan, the Bharat Digital Infrastructure Association (BDIA, India) and the Chamber for Indo-Russian Technology Cooperation (CIRTC) signed an agreement aimed at establishing, developing and expanding partnerships in digital and technological solutions. The partnership envisages the exchange of information and expertise, the joint implementation of special events (seminars, conferences, exhibitions) and the discussion of promising technology trends and industry development issues.

On October 9, the Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Tatarstan Bulat Gabdrakhmanov held a lesson at Polytechnic Lyceum No. 182, where he spoke to students about current digital security issues, the Ministry's areas of focus and how the region is developing a modern digital infrastructure. Particular attention was paid to supporting young talent and innovative IT projects. The lesson's main topic was: deepfakes—digital counterfeits that affect each of us in the information age.

During his visit, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvin got acquainted with the key range of technology produced at the company: server equipment, computer equipment, laptops, monitors and various electronic components of Russian development. Special attention was paid to the automated surface assembly shop, where electronic components are installed on printed circuit boards with high precision. The plant implements a closed production cycle from the receipt of components to the release of finished products with an annual output of up to one million printed circuit boards.

The forum participants “TIME: Russia - India. Mutual efficiency» discussed the possibility of building a data center with one of the leading Indian operators - CtrlS, which will open new horizons for the development of digital infrastructure of Tatarstan and Russia. Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Tatarstan Bulat Gabdrakhmanov pointed out that the Indian side is interested in meeting three conditions: the cost of electricity, demand and plans to expand into the Russian market.

On October 8, under the forum's business programme, a section entitled "IT in TIME: How Tatarstan and India can change the world together" took place. The discussion, moderated by the Head of Acceleration Programs at Idea Technopark Al-Ansi Ammar Jamal, focused on the development of a technological alliance between India and Tatarstan, as well as the formats and prospects for mutual technology transfer. The digital team of Tatarstan was represented by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the republic Bulat Gabdrakhmanov and IT Park Director Ruslan Vlasov.

On 8 October, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalizatin Ilya Nachvin paid a working visit to Tattlecom Telecommunication Company. At a short meeting, the meeting particants discussed the work of communication networks throughout the republic for 24 hours, testing the calls of subscribers to contact center and approaches in developing digital products. Special attention was given to IT solutions of tasks in compliance with the new requirements of Federal law - 303. 

On October 8, under the first business forum “TIME: Russia-India. Mutual Efficiency", IT Park and the Chamber for Indo-Russian Technology Cooperation (CIRTC) signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at developing a technology and investment partnership between Russia and India.

The contest is aimed at identifying best practices in the provision of state and municipal services, increasing the professional level of Multifunctional Centre employees and promoting the work of Multifunctional centre.

On October 8, the IT Park, a center for strengthening Russian-Indian cooperation, will host the first business forum "TIME: Russia – India. Mutual Efficiency," organized with the support of Tatarstan Government, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of India. Over the course of two days, the venue will host 12 thematic sections on key areas of cooperation
