Digital efficiency in action: 89,000 applications, 68,000 decisions in 10 days made

In 2025, digital services in Tatarstan demonstrated that rapid response is a real opportunity to improve the lives of citizens.

• The State Information System of Tatarstan "People's Control" processed over 89,000 applications, including 68,000 of which resolved within 10 calendar days (for housing and utility services, only 3 days).

• The Feedback Platform received 96,600 requests, and 99.5% of them received responses within the specified timeframe.

The most popular categories: landscaping (26,900 applications), road repairs (16,800), and traffic management (6,000).

"Last year, 89,200 applications were published – slightly fewer than in 2024. "I think this is a positive trend because the number of questions is decreasing, but the resolution rate remains as high as last year,” Deputy Minister of Digitalization Bulat Gabdrakhmanov said.

Complaints can be submitted through the "People's Control" system, the Feedback Platform and the online reception area on the websites of state and local government bodies—all in one click. In 2025, more than 32,000 applications were received through the online reception area, and 96% of them received a response within the specified timeframe.

These figures confirm that digital tools enable citizens to quickly report problems and receive solutions and municipalities to respond efficiently to requests.
