On the threshold of Day of radio a festive ceremony of granting state and departmental awards to employees of communications sector was held in technopark in the sphere of high technologies “IT-park”. Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov handed awards to the best employees. Among them were employees of JSC “Tattelekom”, JSC “Megafon”, JSC “TRK “TVT”, JSC “ICL-KPO VS” and other enterprises of republic.

Modern ICT system that will let solving all tasks set by FISU should be created in Tatarstan Republic by Universiade-2013, RF Minister of communications and mass media Igor Shegolev said journalists after the meeting in IT-park. In the meeting also took part RT President Rustam Minnikhanov, RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Deputy PM-Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov, representatives of RF Ministry of communications.

Tatarstan innovations in the sphere of medicine and IT were presented to delegation of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area. Delegation headed by the Governor Dmitri Kobylkin was met at the international airport “Kazan” by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov, RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, and Deputy Chairman of State Council Aleksandr Gusev.
RT Ministry of info and communications will become a negotiating place between Russian author’s community and service providers rendering services of cable television on the territory of Tatarstan. The relevant agreement will be signed between RT Ministry of info and communications and Russian author’s community.
On April, 26 a solemn ceremony of opening businees incubator and handing certificates to its first five residents will be held on April, 26. RF Minister of communications and mass media Igor Shegolev and RT President Rustam Minnikhanov are to participate in the event. The program of visit also includes review of data-centre, business-hotel and offices of resident companies.

In March 2011 52 % of all applications for enrolment in kindergartens were submitted in electronic format via portal of state and municipal services in Tatarstan. This was announced by Deputy prime minister – minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov at the meeting on issue of rendering state services in electronic format.

Today appointment with a doctor in all polyclinics and medical institutions of Nizhnekamsk municipal region is realized in electronic format. From the beginning of project implementation that started in the region in 2011, Nizhnekamsk citizens have used the service 278 thousand times.
Kazan citizens are using a single number of emergency services “112” twice often in comparison with last year. The number of appeals reached 25 % from the total number of calls received by dispatching services of emergency response under Ministry of emergency situations, Ministry of interiors and Ministry of health care of Tatarstan Republic. Daily the dispatching centre received about 2 000 calls informing about road accidents, necessity to call for an ambulance, firemen and rescuers. About 60 000 calls were received to the number “112” in March this year.

Signing of amendments in Regional branch Agreement on organizations of info and communications sector for 2010-2012 was held today in RT Ministry of info and communications. The document was signed by Deputy prime minister – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov, Chairman of labor union Raisa Besedina, Director-general of JSC “Tattelekom” Lutfulla Shafigullin, Director of “Russian TV and radio broadcasting network” branch “Broadcasting centre of Tatarstan Republic” Vladimir Yakimov, Director-general of ZAO “Taxnet” Rinat Gareev, Director-general of JSC “Tatsvyazproekt” Eduard Khamzin.
