Perm region and Bashkortostan become Tatarstan partners upon the project “Universal electronic card”

Memorandum on creating interregional authorized organization for joint realization of project “Universal electronic card” has been signed by Tatarstan, Perm region and Bashkortostan in the course of international investment forum in Sochi. In the presence of Rustam Minnikhanov the document was signed by Vice-premier – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov, Deputy Premier of Bashkortostan Marat Mulyukov and Head of agency for investment development of Perm region Denis Mironov.
By words of Nikolai Nikiforov Tatarstan offered cooperation in the sphere of realizing project “Universal electronic card” to all regions of Volga federal district. According to Minister of info and communications 9 regions have already responded to the proposal and similar memoranda will be signed in the nearest time.
The first step in realization of memorandum will be defining organizational and legal form of new interregional organization. By words of Nikolai Nikiforov regions of Volga federal district can adopt advanced know-how of each other, define unified standards of adopting universal electronic card and reduce terms of system implementation and budget expenses.
Deputy Premier of Bashkortostan Marat Mulyukov noted that Tatarstan is the leader in implementation of information technologies and other regions adopt republican experience to a large extent.
The International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications invites graduates, their parents and all interested individuals to the Open Day event.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
