First students of Higher school of information systems and technologies start studying

Granting student ID cards to first-year students of Higher school of information systems and technologies on the basis of Kazan (Volga) Federal University took place in Technopark in the sphere of high technologies “IT-park”. Director of IT-park Dinar Nasyrov, Director of Higher school of information systems and technologies Airat Khasianov and rector of Kazan federal university Ilshat Gafurov congratulated students on the beginning of new period in their life.
This year 38 students entered the first course. 30 of them who demonstrated the best results received personal scholarships from IT-park for the first year of studying. The price in 2011/2012 academic year will make 74 700 roubles. It is expected that such support will be rendered to talented applicants and students.
Instruction at Higher school of information systems and technologies will be implemented by authorized courses which meet latest technologies: Microsoft, HP, Cisco, IBM.
Teachers of Kazan federal university and best world universities will be invited to read key lectures. From the second course students will be able to practice at leading IT-companies including residents of IT-park. The purpose of such instruction is to provide staff support for development of IT industry in Tatarstan Republic.

The International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications invites graduates, their parents and all interested individuals to the Open Day event.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
