Memorandum of agreement between iCarnegie Global Learning and Innopolis University was signed at the RT Government House today. The Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov participated in the signing ceremony. The document was signed by iCarnegie CEO Gil Taran and Director of Innopolis University Dmitry Kondratiev.
