Open day for school leavers at Kazan IT park

Open day for school leavers willing to become specialists in the sphere of high technologies will be held at 12 a.m. on June 8 at Kazan IT park.
School leavers will be able to address their questions to IT park Director Anton Grachev and employees of successful IT companies and startups. Director of Higher school of information technologies and systems Airat Khasyanov will tell about IT education at Kazan Federal University.
Nowadays the profession of IT specialist is the most popular at labour market. Average age of specialists is 25-26 years. Tatarstan is said to be the region of innovations and information technologies in Russia. Necessary infrastructure, including IT parks in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny and Innopolis city under construction, has already been created. Innopolis is meant to become a global innovative centre. The project is to be launched within 5-7 years.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
