Hotline opened for those requested to provide “extra references” at governmental institutions

From June 10 every Tatarstan citizen can make a complaint about being requested “extra documents” at governmental institutions.
Since adoption of the regional system of interdepartmental electronic interaction officials are not allowed to request documents they have at hand or have to ask other governmental authorities for.
“Today Tatarstan ministries, agencies and executive committees enjoy all necessary conditions for immediate data and documents exchange,” Minister of information and communication Roman Shaikhutdinov said.
From June 10 Tatarstan citizens can leave their requests by calling (843) 5-114-115.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
