At the weekly meeting, the results of the virtual urban services designer—a digital bot that makes it easier for residents to submit requests for services, including those related to compliance with individual housing construction projects and other parameters—were presented.

The Kazan Urban Transformation Centre continues its active development:

• 64 projects are being implemented by the center's team, including the digitalization of municipal services, process optimization and the creation of a 3D model of the city;

• 22 specialists work on the center's team, supporting the digital transformation of municipal governance;

• 72 digital municipal services have been converted to electronic format of which 85% of applications are submitted digitally.

The center's key infrastructure projects include the development of the Integrated Municipal Geographic Information System, which includes more than 20.3 million facilities, 500+ registries, and 1,000+ information layers, used by 1,290 employees from 32 structural divisions.

Tatarstan confidently maintains its status as one of Russia's leading centers of technological development. Today, in his address, the Rais of the republic emphasized the continuity of the strategic course toward digitalization, outlining new ambitious goals through 2030.

From Foundation to Breakthrough

While last year's address focused on creating a "powerful foundation for technological leadership," this year's focus is on a qualitative leap forward.

"The President of the country has set a strategic goal of accelerating the development of domestic digital solutions, which should become the foundation for the transformation of all industries," Minnikhanov noted.

On October 8, at the "TIME: Russia-India. Mutual Efficiency" forum, The Information Technology Centre of Tatarstan, the Bharat Digital Infrastructure Association (BDIA, India) and the Chamber for Indo-Russian Technology Cooperation (CIRTC) signed an agreement aimed at establishing, developing and expanding partnerships in digital and technological solutions. The partnership envisages the exchange of information and expertise, the joint implementation of special events (seminars, conferences, exhibitions) and the discussion of promising technology trends and industry development issues.

On October 9, the Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Tatarstan Bulat Gabdrakhmanov held a lesson at Polytechnic Lyceum No. 182, where he spoke to students about current digital security issues, the Ministry's areas of focus and how the region is developing a modern digital infrastructure. Particular attention was paid to supporting young talent and innovative IT projects. The lesson's main topic was: deepfakes—digital counterfeits that affect each of us in the information age.
