Following the voting results, Russian Ministry of Digital Development will determine the list of villages and rural settlements where home internet will be connected first. Funds for infrastructure construction for individual homes will be allocated from the universal service reserve.
The universal service reserve is a fund accumulated from the federal budget through contributions from Russian telecom operators' revenue. Today, the reserve funds are used for building base stations, fiber-optic lines to settlements and other purposes.
Since 2022, approximately 4,700 IT mortgages have been issued in Tatarstan under preferential conditions. The total amount of loans issued exceeds 41.8 billion roubles.
According to the results of 2025, Tatarstan ranked as one of the leaders in the digital transformation rating among Russian regions. Alongside the republic, the leading positions were taken by Belgorod, Sakhalin, Chelyabinsk regions and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.

Tatarstan teachers are invited to take part in a professional contest offering awards of up to 200,000 roubles.
School teachers, college instructors and supplementary education teachers with at least one year of professional experience are eligible to participate. Applications can be submitted via the link.
The competition will be held in several stages:
• Until June 4 — submission of applications at the website;
• June–November — qualifying rounds (problem-solving tasks, online interviews and submission of a recorded lesson segment);
• By November 25 — announcement of results.
Registration for participants of the cyber tournament “Unknown War”, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in World War II is open. The tournament is organized by the Association of Information Security Leaders and the All-Russian mentoring movement Mentors of Russia.
