Since November last year, a single contact centre was operating in the republic to advise residents on coronavirus infection. For all the time, the operators of the 122 modernized hotline received 350 687 calls from Tatarstan citizens.

Since the start of operation of the modernized COVID-19 contact centre, operators have processed almost 184,000 requests from residents of the republic. At the same time, on average, over 1,500 calls are received on hotline 122 per day.

The 122 hotline operates around the clock. As many as 70 operators per shift consult Tatarstan residents, and the telephone robot Lilia answers the most pressing questions about the coronavirus.

On June 20, during a working visit of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov to the Regional Clinical Hospital, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin introduced the development of suspicion on COVID-19 in residents based on computed tomography (СT scan) images, developed by Digital Transformation Centre of the republic with the help of RADLogics to Minnikhanov. It significantly reduces the time for identification and diagnosis.
