Over 15,000 Tatarstan citizens received advice on the COVID-19 hotline

During two weeks of operation of the modernized hotline for consulting residents on COVID-19 issues, the contact centre received 15,329 calls from Tatarstan residents.

Every day, operators process nearly 1,000 calls from residents of the republic. At the same time, on December 4, the contact centre received the maximum number of calls for the entire time of work, namely 1,447. The average waiting time does not exceed 25 seconds, and the average call duration is up to 2 minutes.

A 24-hour COVID-19 contact centre was launched in Tatarstan on November 25. On behalf of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov the hotline that has existed since March was strengthened by our digital team.

Tatarstan residents can contact the centre at the short number 122 and the number 8 800 222 59 00. Over 50 operators and the telephone robot Lilia advise residents on topical issues about coronavirus infection, drug provision, the work of clinics, etc.
