Since the start of operation of the modernized COVID-19 contact centre, operators have processed almost 184,000 requests from residents of the republic. At the same time, on average, over 1,500 calls are received on hotline 122 per day.
The 24-hour Coronavirus Infection Hotline 122 was launched in November 2020. Today, up to 70 operators consult Tatarstan citizens per shift, as well as the telephone robot Lilia.
