127,000 calls from Tatarstan residents received on the hot line 122

Since the start of operation of the modernized COVID-19 contact centre, operators have processed almost 127,000 calls from residents of the republic. On average, the 122 hotline received over 1,100 calls per day.

The 122 hotline operates around the clock. As many as 70 operators per shift consult Tatarstan residents, and the telephone robot Lilia answers the most pressing questions about the coronavirus.

Since January, Tatarstan residents can sign up for vaccination against COVID-19 by number 122. In all this time as many as 6,336 residents of the republic took this opportunity. At the same time, 102 people are registered for vaccination through line 122 every day.
