The coronavirus infection hotline receives over 400,000 calls from Tatarstan residents

Since November last year, a single contact centre was operating in the republic to advise residents on coronavirus infection. For all the time, the operators of the 122 modernized hotline received 403 967 calls from Tatarstan citizens.

The contact centre receives up to 2,000 calls daily.

People are most often consulted on such matters as:

• How to deal with COVID-19 symptoms;

• Home visit;

• Make an appointment for vaccinations and appointments with a doctor, etc.

The average waiting time for an answer is no more than 6 seconds, and the average talk time is 2.5 minutes. In total, 65 operators consult residents per shift.

Since January of the current year residents can sign up for vaccination against COVID-19 using the 122 hotline. As many as 19,605 people used this opportunity. Up to 100 people are registered for vaccination every day.
