Tatarstan system “electronic agenda” may be implemented in RF State Duma

Chairman of RF State Duma Boris Gryzlov suggested implementing Tatarstan system “electronic agenda” in RF State Duma. Special working group will be created for this project. Such proposal was made by Boris Gryzlov after acquaintance with work of Tatarstan systems “electronic agenda of RT State Council” and “Interdepartmental electronic documents circulation of Tatarstan Republic”.
Besides he suggested to consider opportunity of using Tatarstan experience while implementing system of electronic documents circulation.
These projects of Tatarstan company “Systems of documents circulation”, the resident of technopark in the sphere of high technologies “IT-park” were presented in Moscow by initiative of Committee for regulations and organization of work of RF State Duma. Head of State Duma Administration Aleksei Sigutkin, Chairman of State Duma Committee for regulations and organization of work of State Duma Otari Orshaba and Chairman of State Duma Committee for information policy, info technologies and communication Sergei Zheleznyak tested work of systems using iPad and notebooks.
Representatives of Service for special communication and information under Federal protection service and employees of Department for regulations and organization of work of State Duma also attended the event.
A unified system of Interdepartmental electronic documents circulation has been functioning in Tatarstan since 2006 and unites all authorities of state power of republic. About 18 000 government employees, 1.2 thousand organizations are registered in the system. Tatarstan deputies have worked in the system “electronic agenda” since last December using iPad. It replaced a large number of paper documents for electronic ones which considerably increase operating efficiency.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
