Quality of communication services rendered in Tatarstan discussed at Ministry of Information and Communications

Results of assessing the quality of communication services rendered in Tatarstan for the first six months were summarized at the Ministry of Information and Communications.

As compared to the same period last year, the number of complaints decreased by 1,2 times. Citizens worry about lack of access to mobile communication and Internet services in some rural areas.

To increase quality of rendered services operators continue working on solving problems in areas revealed in accordance with citizens’ requests sent to the Ministry via internet reception and “Public control” system.
