Tatarstan libraries to hold meetings in format of video conference

Due to a large amount of work performed by Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communication, employees of Tatarstan libraries now use video and voice communication to exchange information.
A close corporate portal that contains normative and legal documents, guidance materials, instructions was developed to implement the project of the Central library catalogue of the Republic of Tatarstan.
A special system for online processing of requests from employees of libraries was developed. Moreover, the official mail address in tatar.ru domain, and communication programme Microsoft Lync are now available for employees of libraries.
Now all Tatarstan libraries can communicate online.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
