Meeting on quality of communication services rendered in Tatarstan held at Ministry of Information and Communication

Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communication carries out purposeful work on improving quality of rendered communication services in the region. The Ministry Commission on quality of communication holds sessions with participation of heads of communication companies, employees of Federal Supervision Agency for Information Technologies and Communications, and Department of information technologies and communication.

The ministry also works with citizens’ requests via web reception (www.digital.tatarstan.ru), e-mail (mic@tatar.ru), letters and state information system “Public control” (uslugi.tatarstan.ru).

According to results of 2013, the number of complaints has decreased by 1.2 times.
