Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan becomes the winner of the contest "Best Multifunctional Centre of Russia"
The Tatarstan Multifunctional Centre project on transferring municipal services to an extraterritorial format has won the All-Russian competition "Best Multifunctional Centre of Russia" 2023 in the nomination "Best Project", which is organized by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. The results of the contest were announced today at the VIII All-Russian MFC Forum, which is taking place in Veliky Novgorod.
Today, 42 municipal services can be obtained extraterritorially in Tatarstan. The possibility of their reformatting became possible due to the introduction of e-document management with municipalities. This work, which Tatarstan carried out and completed first in Russia, also received high praise at the federal level. During the implementation of the project, about 37 thousand requests for services on an extraterritorial principle were received at the My Documents offices.
