Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization reports on the results of the work of state and municipal services

On November 1, the Bashir Rameev IT-park hosted the summing up meeting of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization on the results of work for 9 months 2023: state and other services. First Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the republic Ilya Nachvin made a keynote report.

Tatarstan became the first region to implement customer-centricity in the sphere of providing socially significant services to the population in digital form. The city of Kazan is a leader in the digitalization of services.

Since 2022, work has been under way to re-engineer the most priority and demanded public services - such 140 of 319. The period of service delivery has already been shortened for 115 services, each with an average reduction of 7 days. For the remaining 25 services, there will be a total reduction of 102 days. More than 75 per cent of all services are provided in e-form to Tatarstan citizens through the national portal of state and municipal services. Already today, the portal presents 465 services, including payment of housing and utility services, e-queue in schools and kindergartens, registration in technical schools, obtaining a passport, submitting an application for marriage and others.

At the end of the event, Khayrullin solemnly handed in state awards to employees of the communications industry.
