The regions to introduce a new digital service to process residents' appeals

On March 12, in Innopolis, speaking at a meeting with the leaders of digital transformation, Russian Deputy Prime Minister for Digital Affairs Dmitry Chernyshenko said that by the end of the year, the feedback platform “State services. We solve together”, created under the federal programme “Digital Public Administration” of Digital Economy national project will be launched.
The platform will help to organize work in four areas, namely, work with citizens' appeals with the possibility of operational control of the resolution of issues; conduct online surveys on socially significant topics for the population and public discussions of local issues; maintain social media and messengers and monitor social media incidents.

In March, Letay base stations were modernized in suburban areas, which led to an increase in the quality of the communication signal and the speed of mobile Internet for residents of the villages of Stolbishche and Gabishevo in the Laishevo region, as well as the villages of Mirny and Konstantinovka near Kazan.
The attention to these locations is not accidental: in spring, traffic additionally moves outside the city, due to which the load on the network of suburban base stations is “densifying”.

A new convenient and long-awaited service for kindergartens appeared on the State and Municipal Services Portal - ordering an e-certificate of charged and paid parental fees. About 10,000 such paper certificates are issued annually in Kazan. At the same time, parents spend at least 1 hour going in person to get the document. With this service, it is not necessary to go anywhere, the order of a free and legally significant certificate takes only 5 minutes.
