Kazan multifunctional centres hold outreach services for residents

For the second year, Tatarstan multifunctional centres are implementing outreach services, in which the applicant may not go to the My Documents office, but call the center’s specialists to their home or other convenient place.

This programme becomes important, if we take into account the current situation around the coronavirus pandemic, when older people are most at risk of infection. Due to this service, pensioners do not need to go out: employees of the centres will come to them and draw up all the documents.
