53 thousand Tatarstaners called the emergency service “112” in October

The Call Processing Center of the emergency service “112” received 53 thousand calls from Tatarstan citizens in October.
On average, Tatarstaners called the number 112 more than 1,6 times and sent 60 sms within 24 hours.
According to Deputy Minister of informatization and communications Anatoly Geller, operational monitoring services “112” made up 16 thousand accident cards in October.
87% of cards were sent to Kazan emergency services, 4 % - to municipal emergency services.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
