Azat Muginov takes part in the fourth Constitutional readings of Tatarstan

On October 25, in Kazan IT-park, Deputy Minister of Dizitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of Tatarstan Azat Muginov took part in the fourth Constitutional Readings programme “Creating a Single Information Space: Constitutional and Legal Aspects”.

Such topics as “public relations in the digital era”, “justice in the digital information space”, “justice as a factor in ensuring the stability of the digital space: institutional and infrastructural potential” and “the Constitution of the Russian Federation as a methodological basis for the establishment of a single information space" were discussed at the readings.

Muginov and Tatarstan Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Tatarstan, Farhat Khusnutdinov were included the readings presidium, headed by Deputy Chairman of the State Council of Yuri Kamaltynov.
