“Ministry of economy and regional development prepared amendments into legislation that imply introduction of administrative responsibility of government officials for unreasonable claiming for documents containing personal data from citizens while rendering state services”, - Deputy Head of the institution Oleg Fomichev announced at the session of Council for regional informatization.The third session of Council for regional informatization was held under chairmanship of RF Minister of communications Igor Shegolev.

“Issue of transferring state services into electronic format is a priority one for Tatarstan Republic and Russia”, - RT PM Ildar Khalikov announced at the meeting dedicated to rendering state services in electronic format. I.Khalikov believes that first of all it is necessary to transfer into electronic format the most asked-for services. Prime Minister noted that transfer of state services into electronic format will let to avoid bureaucratic barriers, decrease the number of visits to state institutions and provide transparency in work of state authorities. By his words, the ideal model is when any citizen of republic may interact with state distantly to solve his/her problem.

Participants of travelling session of Council on assisting development of small and medium entrepreneurship under plenipotentiary of RT President in Ural federal district visited technopark in the sphere of high technologies “IT-park” in Kazan. Delegation consisted of representatives of Office of plenipotentiary of RT President in Ural federal district, officials of executive authorities of Russian regions and entrepreneurial public organizations and associations.

A month’s campaign for improving quality of mobile radio telephone communication, cable and on-air TV broadcasting, Internet access that was announced in Tatarstan Republic on January, 24 will be prolonged. Such decision was announced at briefing in RT Cabinet with participation of RT Deputy PM – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov, Deputy Head of RT Cabinet office Airat Khairullin, Head of Dept. of Russian communication supervision service on RT Airat Zaripov.

Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov believes that Tatarstan citizens are ready for implementation of all-purpose electronic card. Nikolai Nikiforov said this at briefing at RIA News which preceded the 21st session of Commission under RF President for modernization and technological development of Russian economy. By words of Nikolai Nikiforov, today about 18 % of fines, 14 % of services on drawing-up international passport and 8 % of services of civil registry office are paid in electronic format in republic.

Minister of natural resources and ecology Yuri Trutnev suggested creating public Internet service about state of ecology for population. Such proposal was announced in the course of visit to technopark in the sphere of high technologies “IT-park” on February,25. Yuri Trutnev was accompanied by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov.

February,23. Delegation of journalists of federal mass media headed by TV talk-show hostess Tina Kandelaki visited Kazan IT-park. Officials of federal mass media were accompanied by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov. Projects in the sphere of IT-technologies were presented to the guests. RT Vice-premier – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov made the key presentation. He told journalists about the system “E-government”. Tina Kandelaki personally used application for electronic documents circulation on «iPad».

First results and plans on realization of the project “Electronic health care” were discussed at the meeting in Nizhnekamsk. In the meeting took part Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov, Mayor of Nizhnekamsk Aidar Metshin, First deputy minister of health care Adel Vafin, Director of dispatcher centre under RT Minister of health care Rostislav Tuishev, representatives of State Unitary Enterprise “Tattekhmedfarm”, Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund, chief doctors of health care institutions of Nizhnekamsk district.

Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov held meeting “On course of realizing the plan of transfer to rendering state, municipal and socially significant services in electronic format in RT”.Opening the event, Head of Government noted that work on rendering state and municipal services in electronic format in Tatarstan has been already carried out before. But special feature of work in 2011is that core ministries are responsible for organization of this process.Prime Minister noted that rendering state and municipal services in electronic format simplifies the process of receiving these services by citizens and business. It also brings serious economic effect.

Citizens of Tatarstan Republic may send complaints regarding quality of mobile and radio telephone communication, cable and air television broadcasting and also access to Internet via interactive service. Internet service for sending complaints is available on site of RT Ministry of info and communications. This has been announced today at briefing in RT Cabinet by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov. He also informed that from January,24 a month's campaign for improving quality of communication services is announced in republic. Within the limits of this campaign set of measures aimed at improvement of quality of services will be implemented, hotlines of service providers and TV broadcasting will be functioning, “Surely, we’ll continue working in this area after finishing this campaign”, - Nikolai Nikiforov said.
