120 best school-leavers can receive grants from IT-park for education at Higher school of information technologies and systems

In new academic year, 120 school-leavers having gained the largest number of points at the Unified state exam can win grants from IT-park and start studying at the Higher school of information technologies and systems. Documents are accepted till July, 25.
Admission of applicants is performed by results of the Unified state exam on informatics, maths, and Russian language. Last year IT-park assigned 30 personal grants for the total sum of 2,2 mln roubles. Students can also receive grants for the second academic year after passing exams with “excellent” and “good” marks.
The Higher school of information technologies and systems is one of the most advanced branches of the Kazan federal university. The largest IT companies of our region, well-known brands - Microsoft, HP, Cisco, Oracle, IBM have joined efforts to educate future IT specialists of our republic.
The school is meant to involve students in work from early stage of education and focuses on applied disciplines. Students pass production practice at leading IT companies and IT parks of the Republic of Tatarstan.
IT department is provided with advanced equipment, personal computers, Internet, multimedia projectors, interactive boards for students to get high-quality education.
In addition, Fujitsu GDC, Exigen Services laboratories, “Intellectual search systems and semantic technologies”, the laboratory of advanced medical technologies, the laboratory of the Institute of applied semiotics are operating.
Upon graduation every student receive state diploma of higher education of the Kazan federal university.
