Development of Tatarstan geoportal discussed with Federal state registration service

A video conference meeting dedicated to development of the geoportal of the Republic of Tatarstan with participation of specialists of the Federal state registration service headed by Deputy Chief Sergey Sapelnikov has been held at the RT Ministry of informatization and communications.
Projects of different services realized on the basis of the Tatarstan geoportal were presented to the audience, including the unified state information system GLONASS+112 which was highly assessed by Sergey Sapelnikov.
The parties also discussed prospects of interaction between republic and the Federal state registration service on main aspects of formation and development of infrastructure of spatial data, information exchange and interaction when creating federal and republican geoportals.
Several arrangements were reached on cooperation between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Federal state registration service. In particular, the decision was made about inclusion of republic in the list of pilot projects on granting access to the data of the Uniform State Register of Immovable Property Rights and Transactions and cadastral map.
It is one of the key points in developing the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction and rendering services based on the portal solutions that will make the process of document circulation among state structures easier, speed up terms and improve the quality of state services.
Summing up the meeting, the attendees agreed on making up a plan of joint actions of the Federal state registration service and the RT Ministry of informatization and communications on fulfillment of reached arrangements, and set up technical regulations of mutual data exchange between federal and republican geoportals.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
