Rostelecom Telecommunication Company and the Coordination Center for .RU/.RF domains announce the start of registration for the 9th All-Russian online championship game "Explore the Internet - manage it". Schoolboys and students under the age of 18 are invited to participate. Registration will last until November 9, 2022.

On August 30, in the Millenium Park, under the Year of Digitalization in Tatarstan, Kazan will host a new digital reality festival. It has received three official names: “TatarstanBuduschee”, “TatarstanFuture”, “TatarstanstanKilyachyak”. Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization is the organaizer and Ak Bars Bank is its general partner. The event is timed to coincide with the Republic Day. It will last all day - from 11:00 a.m. till 9:30 p.m.
Tatarstan launched a federal programme to provide high-speed internet and mobile communication to small settlements of Russia.
Base stations of 2G and 4G standards will be installed in 26 rural settlements of Sabinsky, Arsky, Kamsk-Ustyinsky, Mamadyshsky, Aznakayevsky, Bavlinsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Aktanyshsky, Kukmorsky, Alekseevsky, Vysokogorsky, Yelabuzhsky, Novosheshminsky, Zelenodolsky, Tukaevsky and Apastovsky region of the republic.

Due to a tip from information security experts, Github owners were able to quickly and almost completely remove malicious code from the social network, so far only 290 repositories remain modified.
