Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media informs about the launch of the chat-bot «Assistant Obyasnyaem.Rf» on the portal « Obyasnyaem.Rf» and the addition of a section on partial mobilization. All questions sent via chat-bot are directed to the Defense Ministry, answers are promptly added to the chat-bot. Chatbot provides information, including a list of legal grounds, which will be taken into account in military commissariats for exemption from conscription under partial mobilization, a list of categories of health with which citizens are to be mobilized, the procedure for submitting and receiving military subpoena.
The annual programme of allocating grants from Tatarstan Government for training in information technology for first-year students of the Institute of Information Technology and Intelligent Systems of Kazan Federal University continues. In 2022, 30 people received grants for a total of 5 million roubles.
The contest included such nominations as "Best Multifunctional Centre of the Republic of Tatarstan", "Best universal specialist of the Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan" and "Best head of the department (branch) of the Multifunctional of Tatarstan".
The contest is aimed at identifying the centers that provide state and municipal services with a high level of performance, comfortable for visitors and with high-quality technical equipment. The Multifunctional Centres and their staff working for at least six months can take part in the contest. Applications are considered in three categories – Multifunctional cenres of small, medium and large cities.

Taking into account the recommendations of leading IT and industry experts, industry working groups approved over 150 programmes from 65 universities. The remaining 350 programmes will be considered at the next meetings.
After the completion of the programmes, they can be implemented at «digital departments» under the federal project «Development of IT industry personnel potential» of the national programme «Digital Economy of the Russian Federation».
On August 30, in the Millenium Park, Kazan will host a new digital reality festival held by Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization. Under the educational programme, lectures, open talks and Q&A sessions will be held.
