Schoolchildren informed about business analytics
Tatarstan continues the implementation of the All-Russian project «Lesson of Digits».
On March 10, under this project, «Adymnar-Kazan» school hosted a lesson, organized by Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration with participation of Technopark in the sphere of high technologies «IT Park», on «Analysis in business and software development» for students of 9-10 grades of this school.
Specialists of the Russian IT company «1C» prepared the materials of the lesson.
Deputy Minister of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization Rustam Khidiyatullin opened the lesson and emphasized the importance of teaching children the basics of digital professions from school.
Deputy Director for External Relations and Work with Residents of the IT Park» Lyalya Bikchentaeva moderated of the event and emphasized the relevance of studying the analytics tools taking into account the high demand for specialists who can work with large amounts of data.
During the lesson, project manager of the 1C company, the head of the Digital Departments of Kazan Federal University project Alyona Sharonova and the development director at the Information Business Solutions company Yulia Lunina informed the students what the metrics are, what are the steps in the general scheme of data analysis, what skills are needed for analytics both in business and in the development of digital products.
To consolidate their knowledge, the students were able to practice in the game-simulator, the cases of which helped them to immerse themselves in solving real problems.
