According to the results of a joint study by hh.ru and the developer of the platform for business communications and joint work of MTS Link, the share of vacancies with “remote” and hybrid work modes is growing in Russia. The leaders in “hybrid” are Moscow (5,4%)  and St. Petersburg (2,7%), Tatarstan ranks tenth (1,0%). At the same time, in 2023 the share of vacancies for remote workers in Tatarstan almost returned to the level of two years ago, although on average in Russia it increased from 5,7% to 6,7% during this period.

On November 1, the Bashir Rameev IT-park hosted the summing up meeting of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization on the results of work for 9 months 2023: state and other services. First Deputy Minister of Digitalization of the republic Ilya Nachvin made a keynote report.

Located in the Bashir Rameev IT-park, the laboratory, named after the inventor of the first Soviet lie detector, a native of Kazan, Aleksander Luria, started its work in test mode. Tatarstan is a leader in digitalization of state and municipal services, as well as a participant in an experiment to test tools that ensure the introduction of client-centric principles in state administration. The laboratory in Kazan will be one of the main elements of the ecosystem for optimization and reengineering of public services being built in Tatarstan.

Under the instructions of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, on October 30-31, Bashir Rameev IT-park in Kazan hosted the All-Russian Forum «New Challenges - Training for Digital Economy» with the participation of people’s deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Aydar Metshin, Deputy Director of the Department of State Policy in the sphere of secondary vocational education and vocational training of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation Marina Sofronova, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of State Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin and Tatarstan Minister of Education and Science Ilsur Khadiullin.

A new stage of the All-Russian educational project «Lesson of Digit» from VK is taking place in Tatarstan. Today, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin opened the lesson on the topic “Messengers”, held under the forum «New Challenges - training of personnel for the digital economy». 

MTS, a digital ecosystem, launched an all-Russian educational program on digital fashion on the online platform «Generation M». In a short time, Tatarstan teenagers will gain basic skills of digital clothing designer, learn 3D modeling technologies and learn how to use MTS artificial intelligence to generate different design elements in the neural network. Based on the results of the training, students will create their own virtual fashion collection, and the best works will be released in collaboration with the popular fashion brand.

Tatarstan launched a platform for public discussions of projects in artificial intelligence, in which citizens and artificial intelligence will discuss togeher initiatives in the sphere of AI. The project was developed under the leadership of Commissioner for Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Tatarstan Bulat Zamaliev. The site is a platform where you can propose and discuss AI projects for implementation in Tatarstan authorities and other initiatives, for example, proposals to amend legislative acts that are obstacles to the implementation of technologies, etc.

A new stage of the all-Russian educational project “Lesson of Digit” from VK is taking place in Tatarstan. On October 31 at 12:00, under the forum “New Challenges - Training for the Digital Economy”, an open lesson on the topic “Messengers” will be held with the participation of Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin, curator of the Uchi.ru platform Artem Alekseev and the head of VK career guidance and educational projects Alena Shtabina. Anyone can watch the broadcast of the lesson in the “Lesson of Digit” community on VKontakte.

MTS, the digital ecosystem, summed up and awarded the winners of the All-Russian Olympiad on programming True Tech Champ. As many as 8,000 developers took part in it, 250 people went to the final. Third place and the prize of 250 thousand roubles received a student of the Kazan Lyceum 2.
