The Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan to issue a Fan-ID at the stadium this Saturday

On July 15, the Ak Bars Arena stadium will host the match between Zenit and CSKA for the Russian Football Super Cup.

A Fan ID number is required for buying tickets for matches of the Russian Premier League. Thus, it will be impossible to visit the first home game of Rubin Kazan against Orenburg, to be held on July 30, without Fan ID. The Fan ID is an e-document that will always be available in your personal account at the State Services Portal of the Russian Federation. A QR code is generated based on the card and the ticket. To access the stadium you will need it in printed form or on the phone screen. It is necessary to issue a Fan ID for each person individually, including for children under 14. To date, there are several options for issuing  Fan ID. Any of them will require registration at the State Services Portal and verifying your identity.

The most common way is to submit an application through the State Services Portal of the Russian Federation. In this case, the individual is identified and confirmed at the Multifunctional Centre.
