Naberezhnye Chelny IT Park hosted alongside the annual conference "Industrial Digitalization," a meeting of Interagency Working Group No. 15.

State Duma People’s Deputy Aydar Metshin and Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvin took part in the meeting.

Participants discussed the development of industrial robotization and the main challenges faced by enterprises in transitioning to domestic solutions.

State Duma People’s Deputy Aydar Metshin, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvin, Deputy Head of the Naberezhnye Chelny Executive Committee Natalya Kropotova and Chairman of the Board of the Tatarstan Industrial Cluster Sergey Mayorov spoke at the opening ceremony of the third annual conference "Digitalization of Industry", which was held in Naberezhnye Chelny IT Park and brought together over 300 participants, including enterprise leaders, IT directors, developers and integrators.

From January to May 2026, the popularity of the mobile application "GosKlyuch"  increased by 21% compared to the same period last year in Tatarstan. During these five months, residents of the republic installed the service over 382,000 times.

"GosKlyuch" is a service developed by the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia and is a key digital tool under the national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State".

Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister — Chief of Staff of the Russian Government Dmitry Grigorenko announced that in the first four months of 2026, the number of crimes involving information technology in Russia decreased by 30%.

During the implementation of the federal project "Code of the Future," approximately 22,800 students from Tatarstan have learned programming and artificial intelligence skills for free. In the first half of 2026 alone, over 4,000 students from grades 8-11 and college students completed the courses.

Ars Tracker, a resident of the IT Park, has conducted pilot testing of a player performance assessment system in leading football schools across the country. The development demonstrated its ability to analyze players' actions in detail and assist coaches in more accurately managing athletes' workloads.

The system is based on a hardware-software complex created by graduates of KNITU-KAI. Unlike conventional GPS trackers, Ars Tracker analyzes footwork: the number of ball touches, kicks, passes and biomechanics of movement, which help coaches to monitor how correctly athletes perform exercises and how their performance metrics change over time. Such an approach enables more precise control of training loads and reduces the risk of injuries.

A resident of the IT Park, the cloud platform TatNet.ru, has introduced two new services. Users have access to a fully compatible Supabase database service and T1000 — a website builder that generates websites based on text prompts. Both updates continue the platform’s core idea: reducing the path from code to a functioning online product and eliminating infrastructure routine.

TatNet.ru develops a unified infrastructure layer that enables deployment of code within minutes — without manual configuration of servers, domains, HTTPS, databases or environment variables. The platform is especially relevant amidst the growth of projects created with neural networks: code is generated faster and faster, but the infrastructure remains essential, and developers often lack the DevOps expertise required.

The republic has ranked among the top four most active regions in submitting applications for Russia’s first national programme dedicated to AI solutions development for culture, Neurofest-2026, with a total of 48 innovative projects. At the same time, Kazan Federal University (KFU) became the leading Russian university in the number of applications.

On June 26–27, 2026, the Bashir Rameev Centre of High Technologies in Kazan will host the fourth annual IT conference "TATAR SAN”, which will focus on the practical application of artificial intelligence: how to stay ahead of technological developments and efficiently integrate them into daily work to transform the economy, society and professional practices.
