Over the years, the Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan has become a true driver of digital innovation, helping the republic be in the top in the implementation of digital technologies and innovative solutions throughout Russia.
In 2025, the Digital Transformation Center team implemented a number of breakthrough projects:
On November 19, young engineers immersed themselves in the exciting world of robotics: they piloted real combat robots, participated in a raffle for technological prizes, and met the champions of the republic's national robotics team. Everyone had the opportunity to test their strategic and precision skills in real technological battles.
On November 18, a team of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization headed by its Minister Ilya Nachvin and Deputy Minister Albert Yakovlev together with the Director of the regional branch of Russian Post Ilnur Makhmutov looked around the Russian Post Logistics Center (LPC) in Kazan.
Students of the International Competence Centre – the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communication will travel to China to participate in the Sino-Russian Industrial Competition: the Specialized Youth Tournament in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence!

On November 14, 2025, Kazan hosted the 9th Council of Public Organizations and Associations of Tatarstan on Combating Corruption. At a weekly meeting with communications industry enterprises, subordinate organizations and heads of structural subdivisions of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization, the results of Tatarstan branch of the Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network “Radio and Television Transmitting Centre of Tatarstan” for the first nine months of this year were reviewed.

Deputy Prime Minister for Digital Transformation of the Russian Federation Dmitry Grigorenko handed in the certificate of honour "For significant contribution to the country's digital development and high performance in the digital transformation rating".
On November 13, at Kazan School No.54, Expert of Kontur Company Maksim Pyrev held a "Digital Lesson", where he spoke with students about the development of the region's digital infrastructure, as well as support for young talent and innovative IT projects.
Under the Anti-Cyberbullying Month, MAX launched the chatbot "Path Online”, which is an interactive assistant helping schoolchildren understand important online safety issues.
The project begins with a cyberbullying quest designed for middle and high school students. Students will be able to choose a character and learn the consequences of any online behavior. The storyline will change depending on the action chosen at each stage.
