On March 6, a working Group 15 led by Aydar Metshin and a delegation from Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization visited the research and development centre for the Atom project, the first Russian electric car with a localization level of over 70%. The project is of great importance for Tatarstan, and the task of the ministry is to support it at all stages, including obtaining grants and financing.
The central office of the project is located in Naberezhnye Chelny, and branches operate in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tolyatti and China. During the visit to the Moscow office, the delegation got acquainted with the process of creating an electric car, on which more than 1,000 Russian and 200 Chinese specialists are working. Serial production of the Atom is scheduled for July, and more than 105,000 pre-orders have already been collected from taxi companies, car sharing and individuals.
Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization also visited the robotic VkusVill warehouse of the Avtomakon Group of Companies, where they got acquainted with the RMS system and its interaction with the WMS. “The warehouse employs pallet-carrying robots, cleaning robots and inventory robots, which demonstrates the successful combination of robot and human labor,” Director of the IT Park Ruslan Vlasov emphasized.
The Avtomakon Group of Companies is an accredited IT company, a system integrator engaged in the comprehensive digitalization of business, custom software development, robotics, consulting and implementation of information systems. The company registered in Tatarstan and has already implemented about a hundred robots, digitizing more than 200,000 square meters of warehouses in the Russian Federation, reducing labor costs by 30-50%.
