In recent months, cases of fraud have become more frequent in the Republic of Tatarstan. Residents receive calls from fraudsters who introduce themselves as employees of Tatenergosbyt Company and report that they are supposedly replacing electricity meters. To replace the device or speed up the queue for its replacement, the interlocutor asks to provide the SNILS (personal insurance policy number) or the code from the SMS, with which the attackers can log into your profile on State Services Portal and gain access to personal information.

The project is being implemented by the Regional Branch of the Union of Russian Pensioners in Tatarstan within the framework of the "Active Longevity" policy. The programme is aimed at people of retirement age. The training is based on computer literacy and smartphone work free of charge. The training started on September 5 throughout Tatarstan in various educational institutions.

The multifunctional center already operates in an extraterritorial principle, which allows to receive a municipal or state service regardless of the applicant's place of registration. That means that the application can be submitted, for example, in the Agryz region of the republic, and the results can be taken in Kazan. Currently, 42 municipal services can be received extraterritorially in Tatarstan.

This platform facilitates the development of our industry IT solutions, and also serves to save budget funds when creating new systems by reusing certain modules. New information systems have already been created on the Unified Digital Platform. One of them is a system for the provision of state and municipal services, in which more than 1,500 state and municipal employees work daily. This year, the system received more than 300,000 applications from our citizens.

Since October 15, a training programme for schoolchildren dedicated to the development of Telegram bots started in 21 municipal branches of the IT Park state institution! Our curators underwent intensive training from September 1 to October 15 to confidently share their knowledge and experience.

The participants were civil servants under 35, and employees of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization also took part in the session. The event is aimed at creating opportunities for young people and is held within the framework of the national project "Education", which is being implemented by the Ministry of Youth Affairs of Tatarstan together with the presidential platform "Russia - the country of opportunities".

In preparation for this important international event, about 600 additional video surveillance cameras from Tattelecom company have been installed in public spaces in the capital of Tatarstan. These measures are aimed at ensuring the security of not only city residents, but also participants of the summit, which brought together more than 30 countries and about 20 thousand participants.
