It's more convenient to make an appointment with a notary through the State Services Portal

Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media together with the Federal Notary Chamber, is implementing a service for making an appointment with a notary in the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services system.

To date, over 80,000 people have used the Service. The average number of appointments through the State Portal is about 2.5 thousand per week

• Citizens' assessment of the quality of the Service is 4.7 points out of 5 possible.

• 90% of the country's notaries are connected to the Notary's electronic calendar.
