The Digital economy national project involves digitizing state authorities and local self-government, as well as organizations in health care, education, urban economy and construction, public transport. The use of domestic information and technology solutions by these bodies and organizations in Tatarstan reached 97.5 per cent.
In the third quarter of 2024, the republic ranked fifth among all the entities in Russia with this indicator.
«Digital maturity» of state authorities is a key indicator of the level of digital development of the region, determining its potential and degree of readiness for successful digital transformation.
At the regional level, the «digital maturity» is assessed in five industries:
• "Municipal Economy and Housing and Utilities" (8 indicators),
• "Public Transport" (3 indicators),
• "Education (General)" (5 indicators),
• "Healthcare" (11 indicators),
• "Public Administration" (11 indicators).
Initially, the percentage of fulfillment of the assigned indicators is calculated for each industry, and then the integral value of the "Digital Maturity" indicator for the republic, based on industry indicators.
In the third quarter of 2024, the best results were in the following sectors: “Public Transport”, “Education” and “Public Administration” with a 100% indicator.
